To save a file use the right mouse button to highlight the file, then choose 'Save Target As,' then select the location e.g. "My Documents", and then use the left button to confirm. It will take a while to download, particularly with a dial-up connection.
A lot of hard work has gone in to the preparation of the Parish Plan. It now just needs implementing!
